Reflexology
The application of direct deep pressure massage of points on the feet or hands corresponding to the physiological systems of the body for internal organ massage, structural integrity, whole-body relaxation, revitalization, and improved functioning.
Reflexology works as an indirect massage to the entire body through the nerve pathways in the body that end in the hands and feet. As a result this treatment is very powerful and can have far reaching affects on the body as it connects to every other part of the body.
This can be a ½ hour or full 1 hour treatment on its own, or it can be mixed in with other therapies in varying degrees and duration as well if there are specific areas of the body that need extra help.
Depending on the above you will be either dressed or undressed and draped with sheets for total privacy.
